We manufacture rolls in an assortment of sizes using either our Brioche or soft white dough.

These make perfect sliders, dinner rolls or hamburgers size just the right size for the children.

GRINDER/LONG ROLLS

White dough either 8" or 10" long.

Long Brioche rolls for that special hot dog or our small brioche long rolls ready to be stuffed with Lobster or other tasty morsels.

BAGUETTES

French Baguettes which are the right size to fill with your favorite fillings.
